Bobby has been with Allied as a senior leader for almost 20 years. He’s a north Texas native who moved to central Texas 7 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. His mission is to help families create their dream kitchens and baths, by providing a truly one-stop countertop and cabinetry purchasing experience, with authentic craftsmanship, innovative turnkey solutions, and a commitment to excellence. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring central Texas, playing a round of fair-weather golf and most importantly, spending time with friends, family, his beautiful bride, and his dog Gunner.

Tracie is a highly accomplished manager with more than 15 years of leadership experience. Her focus is on designing timeless and traditional interiors for her clients utilizing numerous types of natural and engineered stone options. Her design aesthetic is cheerful, elegant, and relaxed, creating spaces that are comfortable to live in. One of Tracie’s most valuable attributes is that she can listen to her client’s needs and wishes and understands the importance of customer relationships, which allows her to provide an overall exceptional experience. She has an adventurous spirit and enjoys the outdoors with her fiancé, riding her motorcycle in the hill country, cooking, wine tasting and visiting her grandbabies in California.

Lauren is a local Texan who studied interior Design at Sam Houston state university. She has design experience in creating residential and commercial aesthetic spaces and selecting finishes. Enjoys delivering customer presentations, creating proposals, and building key relationships with all clients. Communicates and collaborates with design team members, including contractors, designers, and internal staff to resolve all your custom needs and deliver stellar customer outcomes. When she’s not working, she loves to play sand volleyball and pickleball with friends and family. Go on long hikes with her dogs and try all the best local farmers markets.

With an innate eye for design and an ability to connect with a client’s vision, Jaclyn is able to help achieve unique and stylish spaces. Jaclyn enjoys educating on the different characteristics of stone and styles and finds fulfillment in designing beautiful spaces, knowing the memories made there are what truly count. She’s not only passionate about design, but also enjoys hiking, eating dark chocolate, and learning about health!  She moved to Austin 7 years ago with her husband of 20 years and two children.

Phoebe is a native Austinite who received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of America and enjoys combining her quantitative skills with her creative side to integrate design and practicality. She values natural elegance and classic design, and she loves bringing lasting beauty to homes through the art of stone. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, working out, and playing guitar!
